Version 1.16 released

Certdog version 1.16 has now been released.

Updates include:

• ACME Support.
  • Multiple ACME service end-points can now be configured. Supporting EAB (External Account Binding) and Account management.
  • Tested against certbot, win-acme, acme4j and kubernetes cert-manager.
