EzSign Version 4.5.0 Released

EzSign version 4.5.0 is now available.

This includes support for the PQC algorithms ML-DSA-44, ML-DSA-65 and ML-DSA-87 and creates CMS (Cryptographic Message Syntax) signatures in line with RFC 9882.
